"Love beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.” I Corinthians 13:7

When you go on an interview for a job, one of the questions that you should ask are how good are the benefits? The salary of course is primary, but the benefits can be just as important and make life a lot more enjoyable! When you give your heart to Jesus, you automatically receive eternal life! Now you haven't done anything to earn it, but it's equivalent to receiving lifetime profit-sharing checks from that moment. Along with the Abundant Life, benefits are working in the vineyard for Jesus. One of those benefits is Workers' Compensation. "For your shame ye shall have double." Isaiah 61:7.

Many of us have been taken advantage of in life by other people. The deepest hurts are the ones absorbed by people who we have trusted. We tend to let our guard down when we trust a person because that’s what love does. “Love beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.” I Corinthians 13:7.

When you truly love someone may it be a family member or a dear friend; you will trust them. But sadly most of the time we rely on our feelings rather than discernment of spirit and we end up getting our trust violated by who we thought was dear us! ”For it was not an enemy that reproached me; Then I could have born it: Neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; Then I would have hid myself from him. But it was thou, a man mine equal, My guide, and mine acquaintance.” Psalms 55:12-13.

Workers' Compensation is paid out when an employee is hurt while on the job performing their duties. You are compensated for your injury. Well when you serve Jesus Christ, He will reward you for the hurt or injury on the job of working for Him. Yes, you are blessed when you work for the Lord, and especially when you're injured because of it! The Bible says "Blessed are ye, when men revile you and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven "Matthew 5:11-12. Wear that crown! What are your thoughts?
