There are many religious people in the world, and there are many religions. People religiously attend their diverse meetings and have prayer in these meetings as well. Some people attend Church religiously as well, but that doesn't make them Christian at all. Some people have attended Church all of their lives and have never had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. One of the reasons why is that they never have been encouraged to pursue a relationship with HIM. To some people, having a relationship with the preacher is a top priority.
Developing relationships with fellow parishioners is another reason why people attend their places of worship. Let us not forget what a ministry may have to offer that will benefit us or our families. There still may not be anything in the ministry that is designed to draw you closer to Christ! Do you realize that you can pray, praise, or profess the Lord, but until you accept Him, He doesn't know you? You can stay in a garage all night, it doesn't make you a car. You can buy a stethoscope and check someone's heartbeat, it doesn't make you a doctor. You can give someone what appears to be sound advice, but it's illegitimate.
You've probably seen the commercial: "I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night! The person who appeared to know about the scenario they were involved in the commercial technically was an imposter! Jesus said "Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.” John 3:7. That means to be filled with the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit is the guarantee that we will receive our inheritance! Hallelujah! The Apostle Paul said, "Now if a man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." Romans 8:9. What are your thoughts?
