“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no powers that be are ordained of God. “Romans 13:1

Blessed November 9, 2022 By Dr. George Bing

I would like every one of my Family members and friends in this world to remember what God's Word says. "God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7. There are too many people that are professing to be Christ's followers giving the devil praise by expressing fear because of the election results. Rather we agree or not the Bible says “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no powers that be are ordained of God. “Romans 13:1. God's love supersedes any contrary spirit of His love. “And now abideth faith, hope, and charity these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” I Corinthians 13:13. The Government officials elected need our prayers in their decision-making for the regions they’re over. "God forbid if I should sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you." I Samuel 12:23.

I venture to say that this is a passage of Scripture that a lot of Believers are not aware of because it’s rarely talked about or quoted. Believers are blessed because we have the Greater one on the inside that will always overpower anything that may have initially be designed to harm us. “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord. As the rivers of water He turneth it withersoever He will.” Proverbs 21:1. Always remember, God has the power to change the initial ideas and minds of politicians or anyone’s from performing something that would be harmful to His people. Let us pray! “Man should always pray and not faint.” Luke 18:1

The Bible also says" Be still and know that I am God." Psalms 46:1. Brothers and Sisters in Christ; we know that nothing slips through God's fingers. The powers that be are ordained by God. You have the authority to pray in Jesus name knowing that no weapon formed against thee shall prosper. "Give us help in trouble, for vain is the help of man." Psalms 60:11. Blessed is the man that trusteth in Him! Psalms 84:12. What are your thoughts?
