Mother's Day is always special because it's the Day set aside to honor and truly recognize moms for giving us life. As we have recognized our Mothers throughout this past weekend; I was very concerned about those who have lost their Mothers. How do you deal with such a loss? Many people have been grieving the loss of their mothers and mother figures as Mother's Day ends. This is a regular pattern and ritual for many people year after year! It begins initially when you suffer the loss of your mother. It's a devastating loss that at first puts you in denial. Most people including me didn't want to accept it.
If you don't consult the Lord for strength to get through it; the denial will turn into bitterness. If you don't confess what you're feeling to someone Spiritual: (Someone who you can confide in and who will pray with you, and give you the Word as a guide for strength) If not dealt with, you'll become depressed which is anger turned inside out. God can give us supernatural enablement to adjust to life without Mom on this side. He did for me, and He'll do it for you, praise God! "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13. What are your thoughts?
