“I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He hath clothed me with garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness” Isaiah 61:10

How important are the clothes that we have on at a specific time? Do your clothes affect your character? You better believe it! Whenever Superman changed into his uniform; He was ready for battle, and He looked the part. Notice as Clark Kent; same person, but his character was different. When a law enforcement officer has that uniform on, he or she is ready for battle, and they look ready. It's something about having that uniform on that impacts your perception. When you put a suit on or for the ladies a nice dress; you find yourself walking differently and you're personally adjusted to it. Why? The wardrobe makes a difference because it helps to shape your character!

Your clothes can be a weapon against the devil and his staff! When you go into your secret closet to pray; you should exit that closet with new clothes on. When you have something new, don't you want people to notice it? The Bible says "And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.” Colossians 3:14. "Charity is love in action! Models walk down the runway wearing clothes that the designer has created for prospective buyers to desire to wear. The model must showcase the clothes that they’re wearing in a way that grabs the prospective buyer’s interest, and the prospective buyer will see themselves looking good wearing that outfit.

In the same way, we as Believers are walking down the runway of life every day. Model the clothes of righteousness that you've been dressed with, praise God! When you don't feel like it loves. When it isn't appreciated, you love! When you know that you're not getting anything in return; put on love. “I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He hath clothed me with garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness” Isaiah 61:10.
