A Joyful Noise is Pleasant in His Presence

What is your definition of a joyful noise?

For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. 1Chronicles 16:25

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isaiah 10:27

What is your definition of a joyful noise? Some of the most beautiful sounds that you may hear are not necessarily by great singers. There are instruments designed to make incredible sounds. The sounds of people who are celebrating great accomplishments in this life are priceless. Some of the best singing that you may experience in this life may not be performed by a well-known vocalist. The truth be told, it's the anointing that destroys yokes, and removes burdens. The Bible says “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isaiah 10:27.

An anointed vocalist carries the power of God on what they sing. A person can have been blessed with the gift to sing, but when it is delivered in the wrong arena or with the wrong motive behind it: the anointing is crippled at least to a certain degree. This is why a person who may have an outstanding voice can sing the same song as someone who may not be as gifted a vocalist, but the results from the latter person bring greater results! Having a life behind what you sing about will always breed greater results!

This is truly why more people are delivered from what had been holding them, hostage, at the time! When you come before a God that is Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Sovereign, what kind of sound do you make? A team that may not ever win a game gets cheers just for trying. What about a God that gave us life? A God that healed you when you were sick. A God that blessed you with every wonderful thing you have! A joyful noise is pleasant in His presence! The Scripture says "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness." Psalms 100:1-2a. What are your thoughts?
